Q. Shipping & Turnaround?
Orders $1-$34.99 shipping cost is $4.95.
Orders $35+ ship free. (USA only)
Most orders are ready to ship in 2-3 business days or sooner, and typically take 4-7 business days for delivery once shipped.
We do not offer any Expedited shipping options.
We ship either USPS Ground or UPS Ground with tracking.
Before finalizing your order, please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the address. If an order is shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable, or old address provided by the customer. Should the package be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange and pay for re-shipment.
Q. Can I cancel an order I just placed?
If you placed an order and it has not shipped yet, and would like to cancel, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at amy@saphiesfabrics.com
Q. Custom printing / Special requests?
No, we do not offer any custom, special requests or personalized printing.
Q. Do you carry yardage or fat quarters?
No, we only carry fabric panel blocks. No yardage or fat quarters.
Q. Seam Allowance & Sizes?
There is a 1/2" of seam allowance on all sides of the panel. The seam allowance is not included in the size.
4"x4" with seam allowance is 5"x5" overall.
5"x5" with seam allowance is 6"x6" overall.
6"x6" with seam allowance is 7"x7" overall.
8"x8" with seam allowance is 9"x9" overall.
10"x10" with seam allowance is 11"x11" overall.
12"x12" with seam allowance is 13"x13" overall.
We do not offer any additional allowance then the 1/2" provided.
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
No, we only ship within the USA.
Q. Are the panels 100% cotton?
Yes, all our panels are digitally printed on 100% cotton.
Q. Can I purchase a sample / swatch piece?
Yes, we do offer the option of purchasing a swatch / sample piece. If you have never ordered from us before and would like to see a sample before placing an order, simply search 'swatch' in the search bar to bring up the swatch listing.
Q. Washing Instructions?
We recommend machine wash cold, delicate, tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Warm iron as needed.
