Terms of service

Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 business days, and typically take 4-8 business days for delivery. We ship USPS Ground or UPS Ground with valid tracking. 

We only ship within the USA. Orders placed from outside the USA will be cancelled.

We do accept returns for a refund on unused merchandise, in the original condition as received, within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Before finalizing your order, please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the address. If an order is shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable, or old address provided by the customer. Should the package be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange and pay for re-shipment.

 

We do not offer any custom or personalized printing.
